bad noise hotel staff
This hotel had a great location. The beds and the linen were superb.
I experienced the noise to be bad in the mornings. Noise started at 5:30 am through 7:00 am. The hotel staff did not inform me this was a daily occurrence when I raised the issue.

really good stay with superb service
amazing staff super clean room wooden key
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. the staff was amazing and very helpful. housekeeping was also perfect. The room was super clean! i liked the wooden key cards. This was a nice touch.
i found the lack of air conditioning in the rooms a problem. the room was warm, and it was difficult to sleep with the windows open due to street noise. garbage trucks woke me up early each morning.

the breakfast offered a varied selection with delicious options, including items prepared by the chef. natural juices were a standout feature. the 24-hour room service was also a great convenience.

amazing facilities cozy bed clean toilets
i found the hotel to have amazing facilities. the bed was super cozy. the toilets were nice and clean. we had access to umbrellas, shower caps, and adaptors.. whatever we needed, they had it.
I consider this an inconvenience.
